Amasazi yororwa gute?

Musabyimana avuga ko protéine iva mu masazi ishobora guhita itanga umusaruro mu matungo ako kanya ugereranyije n’uwa soya.
Ni ubushakashatsi akiri gukora
Musabyimana avuga ko nubwo yatangiye mu Ukuboza 2021 yifashisha amasazi mu gukora protéine izajya ishyirwa mu biryo by’amatungo igasimbura soya, ngo aracyari mu igerageza ntabwo aragera igihe cyo kubaka uruganda rwiza rujyanye n’igihe.
Yavuze ko kandi gahunda bafite atari ugukuraho soya burundu mu bijyanye n’ikorwa ry’ibiryo by’amatungo ahubwo ngo bifuza kugabanya iyituruka hanze ku kigero gishimishije.
Umuyobozi wungirije wa RAB ushinzwe ubworozi, Dr Solange Uwituze avuga ko babonye ko bishoboka cyane ko soya yasimbuzwa protéine ituruka ku masazi gusa avuga ko ikigoranye cyane ari uburyo bwo kubona ifu nyinshi ituruka ku masazi.
Ati “ Igihamya cy’uko byashoboka cyo cyararangiye hasigaye kureba uko twabona ifu nyinshi yagera ku borozi b’inkoko.”
